Photos by Jeff BoydeOn Saturday, we had the pleasure or listening to a Grammy-nominated, American, R&B/soul singer, songwriter. He has been featured by Alicia Keys on Grammy-nominated hits such as "Diary" and "If This World Were Mine" (one of my favorites). He has also toured with Alicia around the world and has appeared as the opening act and acclaimed background singer for the artist. He was joined on stage by his brother Charles. The voice to which we speak is that of Jermaine Paul. He has quite a portfolio and following, and also has quite a range in what his audience enjoys. We listened to some of his original songs, as well as those by other artists, all of which were well received by on-lookers.
It was such a lovely way to spend a Saturday evening, surrounded by family and friends under a huge white tent in the heart of the vineyards, while all relaxed in lounge chairs, sipped wine or danced (myself included) to our hearts content.
While this was our first in-person listen to Jermaine, we have previously viewed videos of him. Saturday's event, held in Palaia Vineyards in Highland Mills, New York was a night to remember and Society Weddings' Vendor Spotlight pick.
