So the word is out. While Osca de la Renta, one of the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton's favorite designers will design her attire for her daughter's wedding, Chelsea was spotted visiting Vera Wang's salon in New York yesterday. Mums the word though, as all camps are silent on the issue.
