President and Michelle Obama's winter retreat has recently sold, according to the "Honolulu Star Advertiser. The Obama's vacationed at Kailuana Place, located on Kailua Beach, in December 2008 and 2009. The five-bedroom property which was listed by Joel Cavasso, of Centrural 21 Kailua Beach Realty is said to have sold for approximately $6.9 million.
